Affiliate Marketing Secrets
You want to start making money online with affiliate Marketing?…
Of Course, you do..
In Fact, almost every online marketer loves to make money from affiliate products.
Wanna to know why?
This is something that I really struggle to discover. And I want to help you so you don’t have the same struggle that I did.
When I discovered this, it helped me understand how to create a passive income business with affiliate marketing online.
The main thing you should keep in mind is that with affiliate marketing its not the product that you are promoting to your customers.
Now you might be wondering “ why is it not the product?.
You can promote the product as every other affiliate’s do…
Then at that moment traffic becomes your biggest problem
(will talk about traffic, later on, don’t worry.).
Now back to the point.
I Started making a lot of sales with affiliate marketing from a few secrets that I discovered that many Gurus won’t tell you even if you purchase their course.
So let’s talk about these, shall we?
#1 Finding your customer.
Before you do anything or choose a product you need to know who are your customers.
Without this information, you are pretty much ‘dead in the water’.
You need to know who you are going to market to…
Or else you will market to everyone which is not the best idea.
Once you have this information everything else becomes easy.
Think of it this way…
If you know who your customers are then you will know where to find them online. (which will allow you to gain more traffic )
This will eliminate the guesswork..and allow you to know how to market in a way that attracts your customer instead of the customer attracting you.
In other words traffic comes to you.
Now finding your customer requires you to do a little work ( which is mandatory) if you really want to become a top affiliate for any product you promote..
Because if you try to market to everybody you will end up attracting nobody or the wrong persons as a customer.
You want to find out these about your customer:
- What are their traits,
- their needs,
- their issues,
- their pain-points,
- their irrational fears,
- their aspirations,
You might not have the answer for all the above but that’s ok. I didn’t either.
just ensure that you have a few points that can give you a clear picture of who your customers are.
After finding this information you can add other information to the list such as age etc..
But trust me to have just the list above will put you way ahead of the other affiliates that you are competing with,
Now the next thing you want to do is find out where online your customers are hanging out.
#2 Choosing a traffic source.
I know when It comes on to Affiliate marketing the biggest struggle for you might be traffic or creating content that will resonate with your customer (will talk about this later so stick around.) ..
Now its highly important to choose only one traffic source and master it if you really want to skyrocket your Affiliate commissions.
Trying multiple traffic sources will only produce mediocre results.-you don’t want to be average..
So if you are a person that loves to do video then Youtube will be the traffic source you focus on.
If you are good at Social media Networks you can go with Facebook or Instagram. But the traffic source you choose will always be base on where your customers are.
Because if your ideal customer is hanging out on youtube even if you are not good at videos it will make sense to start building your Video Marketing skills.
This was the biggest challenge for me…
When I start off in the internet marketing industry I was a very Introverted person.. (well,I am still that way).
But then after doing my customer research, I realize that most of my customers are hanging out on facebook..
Also, I started to realize that most of my competitors were doing live videos and in order to get my ideal customers to come to me instead of my competitors, I would have to start doing live videos.
I didn’t want to do it.
It felt like the world was coming to an end everytime I think about going on Camera to shoot a video.
I started to get nervous, Sweaty hand etc.
but I know that in order to succeed
and become a top affiliate I was gonna have to step out of my comfort zone.
It took me a while to finally start doing Fb live but you know what. I did It!. and there were no regrets. (Don’t let your Ego take control).
#3 Creating Killer Content.
One of my favorite quotes is from Tony Robbins:
“If you want success, Find someone that is successful and model them”
That’s all you need to do when it comes to creating content.
So how do you actually do this? Well, it’s easy.
Look at what your competitors are doing and model It ..
Now when I say model them I don’t mean Copy What they are doing..
Look at the Strategies they are using in their Marketing. And create your own versions (but Better).
Because now you understand what is working for them so the only thing you need to do is do it better.
You can use buzzsumo to find some of the best content in your niche…
Is this making sense.?
These are the three main things that you need to understand if you want to become a super Affiliate…
Is this making sense so far.
Before I wrap up this lesson.
Now that you understand the foundation of Affiliate Marketing.
There is one more important thing you need to know as I promise I would share with you Earlier on.
When you are promoting an Affiliate product always sell the solution that the product offers your customer…
In other words, sell the benefits, not the features.
If the customer can understand how the product will help them then they will buy.
And with the customer research that you did. You will understand the needs and pains of your customer.
So the next thing that you will do is match that with your product so that the customer understands that it’s the only solution to their problem.
Follow these steps and you will dominate the leaderboards of any Affiliate product that you promote. Remember that the product should always solve a problem.
Still Confuse with where to start in Affiliate Marketing?
Until next time.
